Classification

 

Fire suppression system typically presents itself using fire suppression systems designed to extinguish the fire at the source and prevent spread. A fire suppression system is any product designed to stop a fire from growing and spreading. Fires can be extinguished, kept under control, or potentially avoided by using fire suppression systems. Typically they are activated by heat, smoke, or a combination of both. Many fire suppression systems also come with fire detection mechanisms, as well as signaling systems that alert occupants to the problem and direct them to take further suppression action.

 

Localized fire suppression systems can detect fires directly at the source and automatically activate without manual input from a person. A fire suppression system works by putting out the fire using a fire suppressant agent such as 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid, HFC-227ea or CO2. With this technology, fires can be suppressed within seconds.

 

FM200 System

 

FM200, also known as heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea), is a colorless, odorless, non-conductive, low-toxic gas fire extinguishing agent. Its fire extinguishing principle mainly includes the following aspects:

 

‌Chemical inhibition‌: FM200 agent will undergo thermal decomposition during the fire extinguishing process to produce fluorine-containing free radicals, which can react with active free radicals in the combustion reaction, interrupt the chain reaction of combustion, and thus inhibit the continued burning of the flame.

Mixed Gas

 

Mixed gas fire extinguishing agent is a gas mixed with nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide in a certain proportion. These gases exist naturally in the atmosphere, and will not deplete the atmospheric ozone layer, nor will it affect the earth's "greenhouse effect". In addition, the mixed gas is non-toxic, colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, and non-conductive. It neither supports combustion nor reacts with most substances. It is an ideal environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent.

Carbon Dioxide(CO2)

 

Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent has the characteristics of low toxicity, no pollution to equipment, good insulation performance, and strong fire extinguishing ability. It is a popular gas fire extinguishing product in the domestic and foreign markets, and is also an ideal product to replace halogenated hydrocarbons.

 

Generally, when the fire extinguishing system is started, the control system will start the fire extinguishing program and start the fire extinguishing device after 30 seconds to extinguish the fire.

Signal feedback device‌: provides feedback on the operating status of the system.


‌Safety release device‌: prevents the system from exploding when it is abnormally pressurized.


‌Control panel‌: centrally controls the release of fire extinguishing agent.


‌Leak detection device‌: detects whether the system has leaks.


‌Low-leakage high-sealing valve‌: controls the release of fire extinguishing agent under a specific pressure.


‌Pipeline fittings‌: connect and fix various components to ensure the integrity of the system.
